Went there for an oil change and it took 3 hours. They also broke my glove box when replacing the cabin air filter and didn’t fix it.

The receptionist is professional/ helpful The mechanics however were all running late the garage doors were also closed upon opening.

So disappointed with service they didn't reset my mileage and they didn't have any stickers that tell my next oil change I spent 80 for a full synthetic oil change they im never going didn't reset my my My main flight came off. That's how I caught the problem 😞 I'm wondering I feel like only 47 on your side or the better Business bureau and the so-called manager was so rude. She said they've been out of stickers for like 2 weeks. I said you I'm going to go buy you some she said yes. Sure multi-million dollar company is doing crappy work I asked her to talk to manager after she said she was a manager. She's in charge of the whole shop. I said no you're not. Everybody has a boss and you have a boss and this is The district manager please Go somewhere else like across the street at WheelMax, or something or Les Schwab get your money's worth then they try to upsell you on some kind of air filters or stuff like that for like 200 bucks

Terrible business.why won’t you give me the computer print out of all the things your tech broke on my car? You fire the employees and managers for doing the right thing and my car is still not fixed.started out with an air conditioner charge. The tech failed to identify a leaking condenser the first time. We paid $600 and the air blew warm within days as the Freon leaked out. Took it back to find the condenser needed replacement so paid about $1700 more. During this a/c charge the tech cracked our windshield and cut a wire harness causing a list of electrical problems and the car not starting, broke plastic interior trims, bent the bottom corner of the drivers door as it hit the lifting jack, and broke the windshield wiper motor along with other minor things. The car has been in Midas for about 5 months or more waiting for these problems to be fixed that the tech caused. Midas sent the car to Vw for programming issues after a new wire harness was installed. We get the car back and was told parts are on order still but the car can be driven. We get the car back with the alarm not working the horn not working and back up camera not working and the drivers area dash plastics broken o

UPDATE 11/1/2024- THIS REVIEW WAS REPLIED TO BY THE OWNER And they left a link for me to submit information The link is broke the phone number provided is bogus and they no longer are answering the phone at the location. So how again are you going to rectify this situation when you give me bogus contact information!? Was sold a buy one give one FREE oil change, however upon checking my car in for the second oil change I was informed there was an additional fee of $8!! this was never mentioned when I was sold the initial $100 oil change, I was informed it is in the fine print. Due to deceptive business practices and lacking information regarding a buy one get one for $8. I do not recommend patronizing this establishment.
